A Special End of Year Thank You

I hope this email finds you well as we wrap up another year of vintage radio adventures. As 2024 draws to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reach out personally and share some thoughts about our remarkable journey together this year.

2024 has been truly extraordinary for the RUSC community. Despite facing a significant challenge when hackers attacked our site in May, we emerged stronger than ever - much like those resilient radio engineers of the 1940s who kept broadcasting through all sorts of adversity. This setback actually accelerated our planned modernization, resulting in the completely revamped RUSC website you're enjoying today.

Your support during this transition was incredible. Thanks to members like you who helped test and fine-tune the new platform, we now have:

• A seamless mobile experience for both Android and Apple devices• Enhanced RUSC Radio• An improved media player• Better queue management• And many more features to make your listening experience even better

Looking ahead to 2025, we have some exciting plans in development that we can't wait to share with you. But for now, I'd like to share something special - I've created a musical thank you for our members. While it may not rival Jack Benny's violin skills or Phil Harris's band, it's my heartfelt way of expressing gratitude for your unwavering support.
