Some time ago, Phil Harris made a movie for Twentieth Century Fox studio, and Darryl Zanuck has promised to call Phil for another picture job if his performance in Wabash Avenue was satisfactory. As we look in to the Harris household Phil is waiting for the call, he's been waiting for seventeen months! Phil decides he's going down to the studio to find out why Mr Zanuck hasn't called him...
