It's early morning in Encino and the main street is practically deserted, except for a few early risers who are on their way to work. It's quite peaceful, when suddenly the stillness is broken by the cry of the newsboy. "Extra Extra... Phil Harris in Nightclub Brawl!!!" Elliott hears him and gets a newspaper from him and goes over to Phil's place to get his side of the story. Phil had actually gotten in to a brawl in the market and the victim was suing him for ten thousand dollars! Phil claimed he was innocent but unfortunately for him the only witness was Julius!
